Our Story

In recent years, following the trend of urbanization of Zlatibor, there has been a need to offer guests something more than just an apartment in a concrete building in the center of Zlatibor — something authentic, natural, and local, something that truly belongs to Zlatibor. Accordingly, we are pleased to present our eco-mountain house project in the A-frame concept, called «VODICE PARK».

The complex consists of six separate houses, located on a sunny slope in one of the most beautiful parts of Zlatibor – the well-known Vodice, at an altitude of 1020m. With one of the highest numbers of sunny days in Serbia, this location offers guests a truly authentic experience and direct contact with the nature of Zlatibor mountain.

The uniqueness of the «VODICE PARK» mountain houses lies in the fact that they are one-of-a-kind on Zlatibor and the surrounding area, being fully eco-sustainable: electricity is supplied from a solar power plant within the complex, water comes from an underground well on-site, and wastewater is treated locally without polluting the environment. All building materials used are natural, with pine wood and stone dominating. Thus, the eco concept of our houses supports the nature of Zlatibor and its surroundings, for the benefit of us all.

All houses face the south, ensuring they are sunlit throughout the day and offer panoramic views of the surroundings. They are located just 100m from the main road, making them easy to find and accessible year-round. Access is via an asphalt road, and guests are provided with free parking within the complex, right next to each house.
